PCA freshman girls basketball team defeated St. Aloysius on Monday

Porter’s Chapel Academy freshman girls basketball team defeated St. Aloysius on Monday 41-13.

The first quarter was concentrated mostly on defense with PCA leading 6-2. They eventually extended their lead to 19-6 by halftime.

Sophie Masterson led the Lady Eagles with 18 points on the night, followed by Marley Bufkin who had 13. Emily Muirhead also added six for PCA.

Farrell Roberson led the Lady Flashes with six on the board and Olivia Larsen scored three.

PCA will travel to Manchester on Thursday while St. Aloysius will host Tallulah Academy.
