Porter’s Chapel Academy girl’s basketball team crushed Tensas Academy 68-23 on Monday.

“They did great and they communicated well all night and I’m proud we came out with the win,” PCA Head Coach Casey Fisher said.

The Lady Eagles came out balling as Tiara Sims hit two 3-pointers along with Angel Walton who knocked down some shots as they took the 22-4 lead.

Sims remained hot in the second quarter and Hannah Henderson came away with a big block. Shortly before halftime Sophie Masterson hit a 3-pointer as PCA went up 40-12.

PCA continued to easily get to the basket as Masterson got in a few more layups. Walton and Sims also managed to hit big shots late in the game as Henderson continued to play tough defense.
