PCA Junior High defeated Benton 6-1 on Tuesday

Porter’s Chapel Academy Junior High baseball team defeated Benton Academy 6-1 on Tuesday.

Clayton McClure hit a fly ball and reached on an error that got PCA their first run.

The Eagles would pick up four runs in the second which was beneficial to their win. Jayden Wright would get a nice hit to bring in the first run in the second which was followed by a double from Chad Fuson.

Coltin Hancock singled to add two more runs before the inning was out to put the score at 5-0.

BA got their lone run in the fourth while Fuson scored off an error to end the game.

Ryan LaBarre, Wright, Hancock, Carson Hayes and Fuson all had hits in the win.

Fuson struck out nine batters and only allowed one hit.

PCA will travel to Park Place on Tuesday.
