PCA knocks off Greenville St. Joe 4-2 on Saturday

Porter’s Chapel Academy baseball team took home a 4-2 win on Saturday over Greenville St. Joe to brighten up their weekend.

In the first inning, John Wyatt Massey hit a home run which got the crowd and team pumped and ready to play.

Gage Palmer got the win for the Eagles as he struck out an impressive 11 batters on Saturday. Teammate Chase Hearn threw one third of an inning and got the last out for PCA, which sealed the victory.

Massey, Palmer, Zach Ashley,  and Jace Riggs all collected hits for PCA in the win.

Carson Graham took the loss for Greenville St. Joe as he allowed five hits on the night.
