PCA named Jacob Braxton and Anna Brady as Prom King and Queen

Porter’s Chapel Academy continued a tradition rooted in academic history, the naming of the Prom King and the Prom Queen.
On Thursday night, classmates at PCA gathered at the Tallulah Country Club to celebrate Prom. The turnout was plentiful, as students missed last year’s Prom due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Only juniors and seniors attended the prom where temperature checks were administered to everyone who entered the building. Parents of seniors were only allowed to attend the lead out ceremony, which was live streamed on Facebook.
This year, pandemics took a back seat to tradition when Porter’s Chapel Academy named Jacob Braxton the Prom King, and Anna Brady the Prom Queen for 2021.
The unforgettable moment was shared with their classmates and loved ones, as everyone gathered in celebration.
Braxton is a dedicated Eagle, playing football, basketball and baseball for the academy. Brady also represents the Eagles with pride, as she brings the school spirit and team motivation to PCA as a cheerleader.
