PCA soccer team got their first victory of the season in a 11-9 win over Laurel Christian.
Porter’s Chapel Academy soccer team got their first win of the season on Friday night when they beat Laurel Christian 11-9.
Throughout the game, both teams played hard in attempt to win the game. The game was tied at nine with three minutes left. The Eagles eventually scored two unanswered goals to get ahead 11-9. Laurel Christian tried to respond but was stopped by goalie Conley Johnston on multiple occasions.
By getting the well deserved win, PCA showed how much they are improving as they got deeper into the season under head coach, Jose Llopis. Daniel Llopis scored nine goals and James Hilderbrand came up with two in the win. Bridger Jung, Bridges Williams, Ali Blackmon, Issac Martin, and Gavin Pugh all had assists.
