PCA softball player Bufkin had a outstanding performance on Saturday

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) – Freshman Porter’s Chapel Academy softball player Marley Bufkin had a outstanding performance against Tensas Academy on Saturday.

While leading her team to a 13-4 victory, Bufkin went 3 for 3 at the plate in the Lady Eagles first win of the season. She also had two RBIs to go along with her three run scores.

Although Bufkin is a young player, she has contributed a lot to PCA.

The Lady Eagles took a tough 17-2 loss to Prairie View Academy on Tuesday but they will be back in action on Thursday where they will face Cathedral at 6:15 p.m.
