Police searching for accidentally released prisoner

Law enforcement is searching for a convict released in error from jail in Jackson County, Mississippi.
Javon Montreal King, 21, was released due to a clerical error around 6 p.m. Friday, WLBT reports. Jackson County Sheriff Mike Ezell said an investigation was underway to find out how the error occurred.
Meanwhile, King is in the wind. Moss Point police had arrested him Thursday, Dec. 10, on charges of shooting into a dwelling, possession of stolen firearms and possession of a firearm by a felon.
