Porter’s Chapel falls to Benton Academy

Porter’s Chapel Academy fell short of a victory Tuesday as they suffered a 3-2 loss to Benton Academy.

The game was tied at 1-1 until the sixth inning when Benton Academy scored from a PCA error.

Both squads did well on the pitching side with PCA striking out six batters and Benton striking out fourteen.

Josh Smith, Spencer Azlin, and Michael Tod Andrews all had hits for PCA in yesterday’s game yesterday.
