Porter’s Chapel pulled off 49-35 victory over Deer Creek Tuesday

The Porter’s Chapel Academy boys basketball team took care of business Tuesday as they defeated Deer Creek 49-35.

Chris Taylor led the way for the Eagles victory as he dropped 31 points on the night. He also grabbed two steals on defense.

Willie Rogers stepped up for the Eagles on defense as he came away with 10 rebounds, helping fellow players Tyler Washington and Braden Kapp add points to the board.

Washington finished with 7 points, six rebounds and two assists, while Kapp had 6 points, six rebounds, five assists and two steals.

PCA will be at Benton Academy Friday to attempt to keep their successful season going. The Eagles now have a 4-2 record.
