Possible tornado damage on LoSto Road

Several homes have been damaged with possible tornado damage on LoSto Road at Eagle Lake.

Just before 3:30 p.m., Vicksburg Daily News was alerted to a call of a roof which was blown off a home at Eagle Lake. Initial reports indicated a woman was within the home.

Warren County deputies quickly began to respond. Chris Libbey with the Warren County Fire Department is on scene and describes what looks to be tornado damage in the area, though this is not confirmed. Several homes are reported to be damaged in the area.

The woman within the home has been safely evacuated and is with a friend and is safe.

Reports of a large amount of water on the roadways have also impacted traffic.
