Reeves extends shelter in place for seven more days
Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves has announced the shelter in place order will be in place another seven days at his briefing this morning.
“I have to extend the shelter-in-place order for seven more days, while taking some new steps to hep Mississippians mentally and financially. We are easing the brakes on ‘non-essential’ businesses,” Reeves said in a release just before this mornings briefing began.
This is a breaking story and will be updated as we get more information.
