Riverwalk raises more than $71,000 for local charities

Riverwalk Casino raised more than $71,000 for local charities.

Checks were given out to local organizations by Riverwalk Casino at an event held on Thursday night. General Manager Cathy Beeding explained, “Tonight we are celebrating our first Season of Giving.”

“This is the culminating event for an effort that began mid-November when we distributed turkeys to all of Vicksburg’s first responders including the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, our very own Vicksburg Police Department, and of course the Vicksburg Fire Department.”
