Running back Tyler Washington returning to lead the PCA offense

Porter’s Chapel running back Tyler Washington is returning as a junior to help lead the Eagles offense this year.
Washington led PCA in rushing last season as a sophomore under head coach Blake Purvis. He finished with 732 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns. He also added 71 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown to his last season stats. Last season, he was awarded the Offensive MVP Award for the PCA football team.
Not only did Washington compete on the offensive side of the ball, but he also was one of the Eagles lead tacklers last season on defense. He finished last year with 55 tackles.
Washington has already started voluntary workouts with the rest of his team and he is now getting prepared to help lead the Eagles once again.
