Alderman Mayfield was briefed on our efforts to bring a new perspective to how news and information can now be disseminated to the public. We are to accompany Alderman Mayfield on a tour of on-going projects soon. Mayfield expressed his excitement and support for our efforts.While at City Hall, we stopped in on Chief of Staff Kenya Burkes. Ms Burkes was diligently working on making sure everything is in place for the holiday weekend. Ms Burkes has proved to be a huge asset to our community. She communicated with our staff during last weekend’s ice storm, and expressed her excitement about our efforts as well.We assured both that our staff is now available to them 24 hours a day to get pertinent information to you our reader within minutes and in some cases live. ]]]]> ]]>
