Sanders $29.5 million contract approved by Colorado

The contract for newly hired University of Colorado Head Football Coach Deion Sanders has now been approved.

On Thursday, the Colorado Board of Regents approved the five-year $29.5 million contract with an 8-1 vote, with Jack Kroll being the only member opposing the deal.

Sanders was officially hired earlier in December and is coming off of back-to-back SWAC Championships at Jackson State.
