Schools are open today

All public and the two main private schools are open today.

“Those school buildings are robust and offer a level of protection that a single family structure or mobile home cannot. Plus they have a tornado plan in place,” said Warren County Emergency Management Director John Elfer.

Dangerous storms are projected to come through the area later this morning.
