Severe storms possible Sunday

The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued the following statement: Severe thunderstorms will be possible Sunday into Sunday night for northeast Louisiana, far southeast Arkansas, and much of the state of Mississippi. Damaging wind gusts, large hail, and tornadoes will be possible with any severe storms.

As this event is still several days away, timing and expected impacts may change. Stay tuned for updates to the forecast.
