The City of Vicksburg Animal Shelter saw a significant influx of animals during the recent winter storm.

Shelter Director Kasey Lindsey is asking the public to consider adopting. To expedite the process, the adoption fee is $60.00 for a limited time.

The shelter is located at 100 Old Mill Road behind Fire Station 9 in the Kings Community. They can be reached at 601-636-6982 from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
