Shooting on Stadium Drive – VIDEO

At 8:32 pm,Vicksburg E-911 received a call of a reported shooting at 1007 Stadium Drive. Upon arrival, Vicksburg Police reported a victim suffering from two gunshot wounds. Engine 7 along with Fire Medic 40 responded to the scene.

Two people have been transported to the Police Department in relation to this incident. The victim has been transported to University of Mississippi Medical Center.

The incident remains under investigation. Sgt. Kathryn Trueheart is leading the investigation on behalf of the Police Department.
