Silver Alert issued for Jackson woman

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for Kristi McCoy, 42, of Jackson, Mississippi, in Hinds County.

McCoy is a Black female, 4-feet-11-inches tall, weighing 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen Thursday, July 2, in the 600 block of Tifton Drive in Hinds County, wearing a multicolored dress and walking in an unknown direction.

Family members say McCoy suffers from a medical condition that may impair her judgement.
