Upcoming junior Ta’Mya Sims led Warren Central girl’s basketball team in points this past season, wrapping up an impressive sophomore year.

Sims averaged 12 per game and scored 14 points against Clinton towards the end of the season.

Not only was Sims good at getting to the basket, but she was also a star at dishing out the ball, averaging seven assists this year under Head Coach Dareian Hilliard.

Sims also took care of things on the defensive side, snatching four steals per game and quickly became a valuable asset to her team.

Now that her junior season is out the way, Sims is preparing for a dominant junior year.
