Sims named as the MVP of the blue team in the MAIS All-Star Game

Porter’s Chapel girl’s basketball player Tiara Sims was named as the Most Valuable Player for the blue team in the MAIS All-Star Game.

Sims, who just wrapped up her senior where she averaged 23.8 points, scored 15 points on Friday.

“It felt great to get some experience against good competition across the MAIS,” Sims said.

Sims led PCA to a 17-7 record in 2023 season under head coach Casey Fisher. She scored over 1,500 points in her high school career.
