Six confirmed tornadoes and damage across 24 counties after Wednesday’s storms

Mississippi Emergency Management Agency says that a total of 24 counties are reporting damage after the powerful storms that moved through on Wednesday.

Here in Warren County, four homes and one commercial property sustained significant damage. Multiple trees were down all across the county, blocking roadways and leaving thousands without electricity.

Statewide, 83 homes have been reported as having been damaged and three people were injured.
