South side of Rolling Fork hit hard by tornado

A large and dangerous tornado has hit the south side of Rolling Fork and according to an initial report, there is significant damage to buildings.
Numerous sources are reporting massive damage. Radio communication is down in parts of the area. First responders in Rolling Fork are pleading for help from surrounding agencies via emergency communication lines.
Warren County has already organized and dispatched a crew led by Chief Mitch Lange and Chuck Tate to Rolling Fork.
The current situation in Rolling Fork is dire.
The Sharkey Sheriff’s Department is reporting gas leaks and people trapped in piles of rubble. Some law enforcement units are unaccounted for in Sharkey.
The tornado is still on the ground near Midnight and is headed to Belzoni.
Sheriff Pace is dispatching units to assist in Rolling Fork and Sharkey County. He is advising people to avoid that area so emergency crews can work safely.
