Vincent Farrell has now joined the St. Aloysius football staff as the defensive lineman’s coach.

Farrell moved around a lot in his youth due to his father being active in the military but he spent most of his high school years in Georgia and Alabama.

In high school, Farrell spent his freshman and sophomore year playing tight end at Richmond Hill High School. He spent his junior year playing at Enterprise High School. Farrell attended the University of West Florida where he played rugby football for a year before joining the army where he would serve from 2010-2017.

Besides coaching little league football for a season, Farrell is excited about his first varsity coaching position.

“I really appreciate the opportunity in being able to make a difference in these you men’s lives,” Farrell said.

Farrell and the Flashes are now in summer workouts preparing for the upcoming 2021 season.
