St. Aloysius Flashes football season ends with a loss to Pillow Academy
The St. Aloysius football season came to an end Friday night when they took a tough loss against Pillow Academy in a 62-28 game.
The Flashes began with a great 14-0 lead in the first quarter, but the Mustangs took control of the game and came out on top.
Brennan Williams led the Flashes in rushing with 163 yards and two touchdowns. He has been St. Al’s leading rusher this season and one of the overall best defensive players.
Ben Raines stepped up big for the Flashes as he blocked for the offense. The team made it to the end zone four times, and the defense racked up multiple tackles.
Greg Allen and Tristan Wilbanks scored the last two touchdowns of the night.
The Flashes finished off the season with a 4-7 record under first-year head coach Stacey Sizemore.
