Stolen vehicle found ablaze on Warrior’s Trail

A white Infinity reported as stolen from Freetown Road just hours ago was found engulfed in flames near the bridge on Warrior’s Trail. The incident was reported around 10:30 a.m. Friday morning.

The initial call pointed to Highway 80 as the location of the vehicle fire. However, upon arriving at the scene, Fireboss Jerry Briggs was able to trace the billowing smoke to its true source at Warrior’s Trail.

Investigators are on the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the theft and subsequent fire. In addition to the investigation team, units from the Warren County Fire Services and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office are present at the scene.
