Suspect wanted in connection with Thursday shooting
The Vicksburg Police Department is searching for a man in connection with a shooting that occurred Thursday.
Kentavious Ford, 17, is accused of shooting into an occupied vehicle and of attempted aggravated assault.
Thursday at 9:32 p.m., officers responded to the 2100 block of Oak Street in reference to shots fired. The complainant stated Ford shot at a 2006 Ford Taurus. Ford is the former boyfriend of one of the vehicle occupants. The car was struck twice in the rear, but none of the three occupants were injured.
