Tallulah Academy defeated St. Aloysius 10-4 on Saturday

Tallulah Academy baseball team defeated St. Aloysius 10-4 on Saturday.

The Flashes got on the board first when John David Liggett scored on a passed ball. The Trojans responded with six runs in the third after Hopkins and Boyte both got a double that resulted in RBIs along with Sevier who got a single.

Sevier doubled in the fourth to bring in two more runs for TA as they would control the rest of the game.

Sevier went 3 for 4 with three RBIs while McDaniel, Morson and Dee Morgan each had two hits. Boyte had one hit and Hopkins had two RBIs with one hit.

Morgan struck out eight in the win.

Barrette Shows had two hits for St. Al while Conner Gaul and Pierson Smith both had one hit.

Shows struck out six for the Flashes and Cole Autry struck out four.
