Tammy Carol English Incarcerated

Well known Vicksburg business owner Tammy Carol English has been arrested in Madison County and is now being held in Indianola, Mississippi, Sunflower County.

English has been on the run for well over a year for contempt of court.

A judge had ordered her to pay her ex-husband well over a million dollars.  She skipped town and has been on the run since.  The arrest occurred Friday night and she is being held without bond.

The high profile divorce and accusations of child molestation kept English and her ex-husband Dane Davenport on the front pages for months.

Dane Davenport was cleared of all charges and remains employed with the Mississippi State Police.
