Taste of Vicksburg offers unique insight into Miss Mississippi pageant on June 17

This month’s Taste of Vicksburg event will offer attendees a sneak peek into the world of pageantry through the eyes of two ladies who have covered the event as journalists, lived the event and one has even competed as a contestant.

Maggie Wade and Melissa Faith Payne will share their stories about being a woman in broadcasting and experiences with the Miss Mississippi competition.

The event is held at the Vicksburg Convention Center on June 17.  Tickets are $15 and include lunch.  Reservations can be made by calling 601-630-2929 or emailing vccinfo@vicksburg.org.
