Judge Terrett sets mandatory status hearings on pending civil cases filed in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court

Status hearings will take place in the Warren County Circuit Courtroom addressing pending civil matters on the court’s docket.

Addressing these matters will assist in the movement of cases, allowing all parties to be updated on the status of their matter. The Court believes that this aspect of case management aids in positive disposition of cases.

Status hearings will be held on Mar. 25 at 10 a. m. and Wednesday, Mar. 30 at 9 a.m.

Plaintiffs and defendants are welcome to attend their hearing.
