The City of Vicksburg Water Department Never Sleeps

It was, thankfully, a quick fix and only pulled Lancaster away from his family for a couple of hours.  Other times the fixes involve a lot of heavy equipment and manpower.

While most of Vicksburg is cozy and asleep the Water Department is always on call to ensure your basic services are handled.  Friday night, just after 11 PM the Water Department received a call of a water leak on Halls Ferry near the Buford Trailer Park.

Christian Lancaster, Foreman of Truck #95, was on call tonight.  It was, thankfully, a quick fix and only pulled Lancaster away from his family for a couple of hours.  Other times the fixes involve a lot of heavy equipment and manpower. Keeping the services we take for granted flowing is a full-time job.

Please join us in thanking Christian Lancaster and all the hard working people at the City of Vicksburg who take care of us.
