The Nobodies win the YMCA Summer League Basketball Championship

The Nobodies won the YMCA Summer League Basketball Championship over the weekend, finishing with a perfect record.

The Nobodies earned a 6-0 record for the summer. Not only did they claim the championship undefeated, The Nobodies defeated every opponent by over 20 points in the league of 10 to 13-year-olds.

The Nobodies were comprised of eight players Brycen Jones, Dacion Brown, Dejari Brown, Jordan Clay, JT Gaines, Kylan Randle, John Hossley, and Kenard Younger who all contributed to their team’s success.

Most the players on the Nobodies roster will go on to play junior high basketball in the next school year and Vicksburg Daily News will be covering them as they shine on the next level.
