Those Who Keep Us Safe: Vicksburg Fire Chief Craig Danczyk

Fire Chief Craig Danczyk has been with the Vicksburg Fire Department for over 26 years.  The vast knowledge and experience that he’s gained is essential to running the uniquely complex department.  In addition to fire and rescue, VFD also provides ambulance services.

Under his guidance, Vicksburg was able to lower the fire rating and Danczyk says that they’ll likely be able to lower the rating once more within a few years.
