Three convicted sex offenders indicted on failure to register/notify address change

Two convicted sex offenders have been indicted in Warren County for failure to register, and another has been indicted for failure to notice address change.

Flynn Cobb and Michael Funches both failed to register as sex offenders from previous convictions.

Cobb was convicted in Warren County in 2018 for sexual battery while Funches was charged in Hinds County in 1995 for the crime of rape.

Leon Felix Jr. was also indicted for failure to notify change of address. He was convicted of statutory rape in Warren County in 2008.
