Three Port Gibson football players signed collegiate scholarships

Port Gibson’s Eddie Liggins, Jukwon Frye and Lewis Coleman all signed collegiate scholarships on Wednesday.

Jukwon Frye:

Frye, who played wide receiver and running back, signed with Mississippi Delta CC. He led the Blue Waves with 288 rushing yards and 277 receiving yards with a total of five touchdowns.

Eddie Liggins:

Liggins played defensive end for PG where he came up with 51 tackles and two sacks on the year. He also signed with Mississippi Delta CC.

Lewis Coleman:

At free safety, Coleman racked up 49 tackles and two interceptions. He signed with Central State University.
