One of three teenage escapees back in custody at Oakley juvenile detention center

The 16-year-old escapee is back in custody and the stolen black Honda Accord has been recovered, reports WLBT. He was taken down by K-9 Ringo in Richland, Mississippi, after he committed an armed robbery.

Three young men escaped from the Oakley Youth Development Center (formerly the Oakley Training School) near Raymond, Mississippi, last night.
The teenagers escaped together around 8 p.m. Sunday, according to the Hinds County Sheriff’s Department.
Isaiah Rowell, 18, and two unidentified males, aged 15 and 16, escaped the juvenile detention center on foot wearing blue T-shirts, khaki pants and black shoes. Rowell and one of the other escapees are white, and the other is black.
The young men may have stolen a 2016 Honda Accord (license plate HZB 933) around 11 p.m. in Raymond. A small-caliber pistol was in the car when it was stolen.
Reportedly, the three escapees may have been seen in Grenada around 3 a.m. Monday.
