Thursday’s fatal crash victim identified

The victim in the fatal crash on Fisher Ferry near Olde Trace Drive has been identified.

Warren County Deputy Coroner Kelda Bailess identified the deceased as Shirley Luster, 65, of Warren County.

The incident caused Fisher Ferry to shut down in the area for a while until investigators could complete their reports and clear the scene. Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace reported that the vehicle, a 2002 Honda Accord, overturned and the victim was ejected.

The accident occurred just before 5 p.m. and the crash is still being investigated by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
