Tickets Still Available for Holiday Lights Trolley Tours

VICKSBURG, Miss. – Tickets are still available for the 7:15 p.m. adult tours for Tree Holiday Lights Trolley Tours, sponsored by the Heritage Guild of Vicksburg and Warren County. The tour will run twice a day for the next two weekends, with the earlier 5:15 p.m. tours, geared towards families, already being sold out.

The tours will start and end on Washington Street and will travel through the downtown area on the Vicksburg Trolley. Notable sights include downtown residential areas, churches, and historic homes. The tour will also make a stop at Duff Green Mansion for hot chocolate and signature cocktails.

The trolley riders will vote for the best decorated neighborhood on the route. The three neighborhoods in the contest are: Fostoria*; Chambers Street; and Glenwood Circle.

The Holiday Lights Trolley Tours kindly ask those who live on the tour path to have their Christmas lights on by 5:15 p.m. each day of the tour.

Holiday Lights Trolley Schedule

The tours will run the same times for each date: Family Tour: 5:15 p.m & Adult Tour: 7:15 p.m.

*The Fostoria Neighborhood is limited to the 2100 to 2500 blocks of Cherry Street and the 2300-2500 blocks of Drummond Street.
