Tiffentown traffic accident fatality named

Katherine Gaines, 57, of Warren County was named as the victim that died in Tuesday’s crash on Tiffentown Road.

Shortly after 11 a.m., a single-vehicle collision with possible entrapment was reported in the 3500 block of Tiffentown Road.

The first unit to arrive on the scene reported one individual on the ground and non-responsive.

Two individuals from Florida working in Warren County happened upon the crash and pulled Gaines from the damaged vehicle.

Warren County coroner Doug Huskey pronounced Gaines dead at the scene.

Sheriff Pace stated there is no reason to believe another vehicle is involved at this time and they are looking at a possible medical event leading up to the crash.
