Timothy Ross turns himself in to the Vicksburg Police

Just after 8 a.m., Timothy Ross turned himself in at the Vicksburg Police Department.
Ross is wanted for a drive-by shooting that happened on South Street on Mar. 25. No one was injured in the drive-by.
Ross turned himself in with family members present, along with local bail bond person Martha Thomas.
Thomas bonded Ross out on a $250,000 bond set by Judge Angela Carpenter. Ross will be fitted with a monitor until his trial.
