Traffic impacted on I-20 due to small vehicle fire

(3:40 p.m.) Traffic has been impacted in U.S. Interstate 20 eastbound between Indiana Avenue and Clay Street due to a small vehicle fire.

A small vehicle fire sparked a response from emergency personnel which has impacted traffic in the eastbound lane of Interstate 20.

Traffic is currently backed up past Indiana Avenue.

The congestion is expected to be resolved soon as emergency crews clear the area.
