Two arrested after being observed cutting catalytic converter off vehicle
Vicksburg police made two arrests on Wednesday involving the attempted theft of a catalytic converter.
According to a press release by the Vicksburg Police Department, Jackson Ray miller, 27, of Brandon and Courtney Danielle Saldana, 29, of Vicksburg were taken into custody after the two were observed cutting a catalytic converter off a vehicle at Riverwalk Casino.
Miller was charged with grand larceny, felony malicious mischief and possession of burglary tools. Saldana was charged with conspiracy to commit a crime.
Each are being held without bond until their appearance in Vicksburg Municipal Court.
