Two auto burglaries and an auto theft reported Monday

Vicksburg police reported two auto burglaries and an auto theft on Monday, Jan. 25.
At 6:30 a.m. officers responded to an address in the 800 block of Washington Street in reference to an auto burglary. The victim stated that someone took his Glock 17 valued at $632.00 from underneath his vehicle seat. The car had been left unlocked.
Another auto burglary was reported at 5:58 p.m. in the 3000 block of Wisconsin Avenue. The victim reported someone took two sets of keys from his vehicle along with a bag of tools.
In addition, officers responded an auto theft a Kirk Brothers Ford Monday at 7:07 a.m. Initial reports indicate that a male subject busted the front door glass to the mechanic’s shop, taking keys to seven vehicles and stealing a
2018 Lincoln Navigator L 4×4 Reserve.
