Two-vehicle collision with injuries on Hwy 61 S at Warrenton Road

At around 1:40 p.m. a two-vehicle collision with injuries was reported on Highway 61 South at Warrenton Road.

Traffic is down to one lane. Access to Hwy 61 S from Warrenton Road is impossible at this time.

Several injuries have been reported. Multiple people were transported for treatment.

Vicksburg police are working the scene, along with E-911 Coordinator Shane Garrard, Warren County Fire Coordinator Jerry Briggs and help from Vicksburg Fire Department’s Ladder 15.

Please avoid the area if possible.
