United Way of West Central Mississippi are bringing fun and activities for the Day of Action

The United Way of West Central Mississippi are visiting local daycares for the Day of Action, in partnership with the Junior Auxiliary of Vicksburg.

To celebrate the Day of Action, daycares are being visited to celebrate and lead them in fun activities.

Each child will be gifted a bag of safety items, thanks to generous sponsors. The bag will include items such as a flashlight key ring, sunscreen, and an age appropriate toy.

“This day of celebrating our children would not happen if it were not for the partnership of so many in our community, like the Junior Auxiliary Safety Town Program,” stated Michele Connelly, United Way Executive Director.
