Witness found in Ridgeland homicide investigation

An investigation into a homicide on I-55, south near Renaissance, is still ongoing.

Details are slowly coming out, though not en masse. The latest update comes from Ridgeland Patrol Lt. Brian Myers, who has stated that a juvenile driver was shot in a vehicle just north of the Renaissance.

The driver was killed after shots were fired through the window of the vehicle.

A witness was found who is currently helping police identify the suspect.
