Vantrel Reed, a native of Vicksburg, has proven to be a key contributor to the LSU-Shreveport baseball team’s strong start this season.
With an impressive record of 4-1, the Pilots owe a great deal of their success to Reed’s outstanding performances in recent games. During Friday’s match against Reinhardt, Reed showcased his skills at the plate, going 2 for 3 and earning two RBls, including his first home run of the season. Currently, he boasts an impressive stat line of four hits, five RBls, and one home run.
Having graduated from Warren Central
High School, Reed’s talent will once again be on display this Thursday as LSUS faces off against Mobile.
